Choosing the Right Story of Redemption Track

  • What is the Difference Between the Discipleship and Evangelistic Tracks? There are three major differences between the discipleship tracks:
    • LENGTH (NUMBER OF VIDEOS / LESSONS) - The discipleship tracks tells more of the biblical story, and thus have more videos and lessons, making for a longer study; thus the evangelistic tracks are shorter
    • NUMBER OF PASSAGES REFERENCED -The discipleship tracks have additional, optional biblical passages to lookup and consider in a lesson, providing for a  more comprehensive study; the evangelistic tracks, on the other hand, do not do this, and generally stay in one passage
    • EVANGELISM TRAINING vs. EVANGELISM - The discipleship track encourages people to identify two people that they will  pray for and reach out to, including those with whom they will share the Story of Redemption series; thus, the discipleship track is more evangelism training, whereas the evangelistic track assumes that those not yet fully committed to Christ are a part of the study

  • Discipleship Tracks
    • Full / Extended Discipleship Track – This track includes all of the videos in the original Story of Redemption Series, which is divided into 8 parts with about 4 videos per part; contains all 32+ videos for the original series, with additional videos being added over time; thus, this length is good for going through much of a year
    • 12 Week Track (1-2 Videos) – This track is a good length for many Bible classes or small groups that are set up on a quarterly system;
    • 16 Week Track (1-2 Videos) - This track is a good length for many Bible classes or small groups that are set up on a semester system

  • Recommended Evangelistic Tracks
    • 5 Week Track (1-2 Videos Per Week) – This is a good evangelistic track length for those who are not too far away from the Christian faith, such as those who are very open or have some type of church or Christian background but who have not yet made a strong faith commitment to Christ; also a great length for an introductory / Church 101 or Christianity 101 type class for church guests to be invited into
    • 8 Week Track (1-2 Videos Per Week) – This is a good evangelistic track length for those who come from a more unchurched background and may need more biblical understanding and time to bond with those who are going through the study
    • International  Track (1 Video Per Week) – This is a track designed for those who come from other cultures and who also want to practice their conversational English; each lesson has a video for auditory and visual learning, a Bible reading for pronunciation, vocabulary to define, and discussion questions
